Answers about arrival, hookups, pets, and what happens when you continue to booking.

Where do I see live availability and rates?

Bookings are completed through ResNexus, our secure booking site. Choose a stay and dates in the planner above, then continue in a new tab for live rates, final site details, and checkout.

What are the office and campground access hours?

Summer office hours are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, phone hours are 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and campground access is available 24 hours. Office hours vary from September 3 through April 1; live bookable dates are shown in ResNexus.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancel 14 or more days before arrival for a full refund. Within 14 days, a $25 cancellation fee is retained. No-shows are not refunded. Read the full policy before booking.

What time are check-in and check-out?

Check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM.

Can I arrive after the office closes?

Yes. After-hours self check-in is available. Instructions are included in the booking confirmation. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, so late arrivals should keep noise low.

Are there serviced and non-serviced sites?

Yes. Options range from non-serviced tent and RV sites to RV sites with water, 30 Amp or 50 Amp power, and selected septic hookups.

How do I confirm that my RV fits a site?

Open the selected site in ResNexus to review its layout and current availability. The non-serviced RV and drive-in tent inventory lists a maximum RV length of 38 feet; 50 Amp pull-throughs do not publish one campground-wide maximum, so confirm the exact site before checkout.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes. Up to two pets are welcome at no extra charge. Dogs must stay on a leash outside the designated off-leash area, and guests must clean up after them. Mister's Doggy Day Care is available by separate arrangement.

Are campfires allowed?

As of August 29, 2026, Category 1 campfires are prohibited throughout the Southeast Fire Centre. Restrictions can change, so check the BC Wildfire Service notice before arrival. When campfires are permitted, use the fire ring at your site.

Is campground Wi-Fi available?

No. Campground Wi-Fi is not available. Cell coverage varies by carrier and exact location, so download any maps or arrival details before leaving town.

Ready to choose your dates?

Live availability, rates, and final site details open in our secure booking site.

Free full refund 14 or more days before arrival. A $25 cancellation fee applies within 14 days.
