Cancellation Policy
"A $25 fee will apply for any cancellations made within two weeks of the reservation date."
"Full refunds will only be given for cancellations made more than two weeks in advance."
"If the campground must close unexpectedly compensation will be offered at management's discretion."

Implementation Rules
- Free full refund if cancelled 14 or more days before your check-in date.
- $25 cancellation fee deducted from your refund if cancelled within 14 days of check-in. The $25 is tax-inclusive — no additional GST or PST is applied to the retained fee.
- No-show: Full charge is retained. No refund is issued. A no-show is recorded by campground staff only.
- Unexpected closure by host: If Golden Riverfront Campground must close unexpectedly, a full or partial refund will be issued at management's discretion. Contact us at reservations@goldencampground.ca or 1-250-344-6825.

- Late checkout may be available on request. A late checkout fee may apply — please ask at the office.
- After-hours self-serve check-in is available if you arrive outside office hours. Instructions will be included in your confirmation email.
Quiet Hours
10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (America/Edmonton — BC interior Mountain Time)
All guests are expected to observe quiet hours. Generators, amplified music, and loud activity must stop at 10:00 PM and may not resume before 7:00 AM.
Office Hours
The campground office operates on reduced hours from September 3 through April 1. During reduced-hours periods, after-hours self-serve check-in is available. Contact us at reservations@goldencampground.ca or 1-250-344-6825 if you need assistance.

Fee amounts for late checkout and date changes are set by the operator and are subject to change. The amounts in effect at the time of your booking will be communicated to you at checkout.
Taxes
- GST (5%) applies to accommodation.
- PST (8%) applies to accommodation. Stays of 30 or more continuous nights are exempt from PST on the accommodation portion under BC PST rules.
- Taxes are shown as separate line items at checkout.

Pet Policy
Pets are welcome at Golden Riverfront Campground. Each site may bring up to 2 pets at no extra charge.
Pets must be under control, cleaned up after, and not left unattended if they are barking or distressed. Please respect quiet hours and other guests.
