At Mister's Doggy Day Care, the safety, happiness, and well-being of all our furry guests are our top priorities. Open each item for the complete booking details.
Vaccination Requirements
All dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations before attending daycare. Owners may be asked to provide proof of vaccinations prior to their pup's first visit. Dogs without proof of vaccinations may not be accepted.
Health & Behavior Requirements
All dogs must be in good health and free from contagious illnesses. If your pup has recently been sick, they must be symptom-free for at least 72 hours before attending daycare. Dogs must be friendly and non-aggressive toward other dogs, cats, other animals, and humans. If your dog has specific behavioral needs, please let us know in advance. Some exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.
Socialization for First-Time Pups
First-time visitors must arrive 15 minutes early to allow for a short adjustment period while their human is present. This helps ease any anxiety and ensures a smooth transition into our care.
Leash Policy
All dogs must arrive and leave on a leash for their safety and the safety of others.
Scheduling & Pick-Up/Drop-Off
Pick-up and drop-off times are flexible and can be discussed upon booking. For half-day (4-hour) and full-day (8-hour) care, we limit the number of pups to 4 at a time to ensure personalized attention. Late Pick-Ups: A $15 fee applies for late pick-ups unless prearranged.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $20 cancellation fee. No-shows (failure to cancel or arrive for a scheduled booking) may be charged the full session fee.
Personal Belongings
You are welcome to bring your pup's favorite toy, blanket, or treats for added comfort. Please label all personal items clearly. Mister's Doggy Day Care is not responsible for lost or damaged belongings.
Weather Considerations
Activities may be adjusted depending on weather conditions. In extreme heat, cold, or heavy rain, we provide safe indoor activities to keep your pup comfortable.
Liability Waiver
While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of your pup, Mister's Doggy Day Care is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or unexpected incidents that may occur due to normal dog behavior (e.g., rough play, minor scratches, or interactions between dogs). However, we take full responsibility for the actions of Mister Bear while he is in our care. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

Dogs have different energy levels and comfort needs. The daily schedule is adjusted to each dog's mood so their care stays calm, safe, and enjoyable. By booking with Mister's Doggy Day Care, you agree to these policies.
